Abivia @faisal_q We have a (non-J!) automated system but don't use it. Prefer to deal with each customer on an individual basis.

Abivia @haroldveldhoen Interesting. Workaround: put a filter in and tag specific tweets for the feed (eg #publish), then map the tag to blank.
